(a) Each state vehicle utilized by the Board, with the exception of a vehicle assigned to a field employee, shall be assigned to the Board's motor pool and be available for checkout by Board employees who are authorized by the Board's Executive Director to use the vehicle.(b) No state vehicle utilized by the Board may be assigned to an individual administrative or executive employee on a regular basis, unless the Board makes a written documented finding that the assignment is critical to the needs of the mission of the Board.(c) The Board's Executive Director shall administer policies and procedures consistent with The Office of Vehicle Fleet Management's State Vehicle Fleet Management Plan.
