SECTION/RULE §365.23 - Transfer of License
Chapter Review Date 01/26/2023

The Board shall transfer a license to a person who:(1) meets the requirements set forth in the Plumbing License Law; and(2) submits the following:(A) the required application;(B) the required fee; and(C) a notarized Transfer of License Affidavit that is signed by the transferor or a valid will executed by the transferor.
