(a) The agency may issue temporary licenses to qualified, out-of-state plumbing professionals to work in Texas if the Governor of Texas issues a disaster proclamation, or in an event determined by the Executive Director;(b) Temporary license holders may only engage in the activities authorized by the license type during the disaster recovery period and only in the designated disaster area; and(c) An emergency license expires 30 days after issuance.
