(a) Licensees decline to offer services when limitations or conditions are placed on their work by the patient, client, or third parties which could foreseeably cause the licensee to violate a Council rule.(b) If licensees become aware of misuse or misrepresentation of their services or the results of their services, they take reasonable steps to correct or minimize the misuse or misrepresentation.
