When a person receives a complaint that an alleged violation of the Act or Rules of Professional Conduct has occurred, a person shall provide to the complainant a statement that: Complaints concerning Certified Public Accountants may be addressed in writing to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy at the board's address as it appears on its website at www.tsbpa.texas.gov or enforcement@tsbpa.texas.gov.
