SECTION/RULE §505.6 - Treasurer of the Board

The treasurer shall supervise the maintenance of appropriate financial records for the board and the preparation of the annual reports to the governor and Legislative Budget Board, and shall perform such other duties as in the judgment of the board are necessary.
