(a) Board meetings shall be open to the public. The executive director is responsible for providing notice of board meetings pursuant to the Open Meetings Act.(b) Board meetings shall take place at the headquarters of the board or, if the convenience of the public and the board will be better served, at such place as the board may designate.(c) Special meetings may be held upon the call of the presiding officer, or upon call of a majority of the members of the board, after reasonable notice.
