SECTION/RULE §511.26 - Applications under Prior Acts
Chapter Review Date 11/17/2008

An applicant who applies and is approved for the examination under a prior Act shall continue to be eligible to take the examination. The applicant may re-qualify to another education requirement of the Act under which the applicant qualified, or may re-qualify to the education of the current Act, but the applicant shall not rescind this action.
