(a) Failure to submit to the board a completed renewal notice, the renewal fee and any other required documents before the license expiration date shall result in the expiration of the individual's or the firm's license(s).(b) Failure to submit to the board a completed renewal notice, the renewal fee and any other required documents for three consecutive years may result in the revocation of the individual's certificate.(c) The board may administratively suspend or refuse to renew the license of an individual license holder applying for renewal who has not complied or previously complied with §515.1(d) of this chapter (relating to License) on or after September 1, 2014.
