(a) CPE credits earned from sources other than registered sponsors should be reported on the appropriate form, "Claiming Continuing Professional Education Credit from a Non-Registered Sponsor," justifying the reason the CPE credits are being claimed.(b) Licensees may not claim more than 50 percent of the total CPE credits from non-registered sponsors in any three-year reporting period.
