SECTION/RULE §535.404 - Fees

The Commission shall charge and collect the following fees:(1) a fee of $200 for the application or renewal of a registration for a two-year period; and(2) a fee of $50 for deposit into the Real Estate Recovery Trust Account upon the filing of an original or renewal application for a certificate of registration.
