(a) An individual seeking a temporary faculty license shall submit an application and fee to the Board before beginning work at the sponsoring chiropractic school.(b) The dean or president of the individual's sponsoring school shall endorse the application for a temporary faculty license on behalf of the individual.(c) An individual applying for a temporary faculty license shall comply with the requirements of Texas Occupations Code §201.308.(d) An individual holding a temporary faculty license may either apply for a renewal of the license or apply for a permanent license.(e) An individual applying for renewal of a temporary license or for a permanent license may continue to practice under an expired temporary faculty license while the Board evaluates the application and while waiting for examination results.
