(a) A licensee may not commit fraud as defined in the Penal Code against patients or third parties.(b) A licensee who commits fraud is subject to disciplinary action.(c) A licensee who commits fraud in connection with health insurance or workers' compensation insurance under the jurisdiction of the Texas Department of Insurance is also subject to disciplinary action by the Board.(d) A licensee shall report any suspected fraud to the Board.
