SECTION/RULE §79.2 - Lack of Diligence

(a) A licensee may not:(1) perform or attempt to perform procedures for which the licensee is untrained;(2) delegate responsibilities to an untrained individual;(3) physically harm or allow physical harm to an individual;(4) abandon a patient without reasonable cause and adequate notice; or(5) expose an individual to unsafe or unsanitary conditions.(b) A licensee who violates this section is subject to disciplinary action.
