SECTION/RULE §79.5 - Associating with an Unlicensed Individual

(a) In the practice of chiropractic, a licensee may not knowingly employ, contract with, or associate with an individual whose license to practice chiropractic has been:(1) suspended;(2) revoked; or(3) surrendered in lieu of discipline.(b) In the practice of chiropractic, a licensee may not knowingly employ, contract with, or associate with an individual who has been convicted of the unlawful practice of chiropractic in any jurisdiction.(c) A licensee may not aid or abet the practice of chiropractic by an unlicensed individual.(d) A licensee violating this section is subject to disciplinary action.
