SECTION/RULE §80.1 - Duty to Respond to Complaint

(a) A licensee shall fully cooperate with the Board in its investigation of any complaint.(b) A licensee shall fully cooperate with any Board request for information or documents relating to any complaint.(c) The Board shall send notice of a complaint by registered mail to a licensee's physical address on file with the Board.(d) A licensee's last known physical and email address filed with the Board is presumed current.(e) A licensee's response to a complaint or request for information or documents shall be in writing and sent to the Board no later than the 15th day after receipt of the notice of complaint or request.(f) A licensee's response to a complaint or request for information or documents shall be complete.(g) A licensee shall make any request to extend the time to respond in writing before the deadline in subsection (e) of this section expires.(h) A licensee who fails to timely respond to a complaint or request is subject to disciplinary action.
