SECTION/RULE §82.4 - Family Leave Pool

(a) The Board establishes a family leave pool in accordance with Government Code §§661.021 - 661.028.(b) The Board's executive director shall administer the family leave pool.(c) The executive director shall develop and prescribe operating procedures for the family leave pool and include them in the agency's personnel manual.
