SECTION/RULE §681.3 - Meetings
Chapter Review Date 10/25/2024

(a) The board will hold at least two regular meetings and additional meetings as necessary during each fiscal year.(b) The chair may call meetings after consultation with board members or by a majority of members voting at a regular meeting.(c) Meetings will be announced and conducted under the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
