(a) Prior to each meeting the executive director or designee will prepare and submit an agenda to each member of the board which includes items requested by members, items required by law, and other matters of board business which have been approved for discussion by the chair.(b) The official agenda of a meeting will be filed with the Texas Secretary of State as required by law.
