(a) The board shall hold at least one meeting each year and additional meetings as necessary.(b) The chairperson may call a meeting after consultation with board members or by a majority of members so voting at a meeting.(c) Meetings shall be announced and conducted under the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code, Chapter 551.
