(a) A social worker shall not misrepresent any professional qualifications or associations.(b) A social worker shall not misrepresent the attributes of any agency or organization, or make unreasonable, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about the effectiveness of any services.
