SECTION/RULE §801.47 - Drug and Alcohol Use

(a) A licensee may not use alcohol or drugs in a manner which adversely affects the licensee's ability to provide marriage and family therapy services.(b) A licensee may not promote or encourage the illegal use of alcohol or drugs by a client.
