SECTION/RULE §801.115 - Applicants Currently Licensed as an LMFT in Another Jurisdiction.

An applicant who has held an independent, active license as an LMFT in good standing issued by another jurisdiction for at least two years immediately preceding the date the application was received will be deemed to have met all academic and experience requirements, if the applicant can demonstrate:(1) 3,000 hours of work experience that includes at least 1,500 hours of direct clinical services;(2) 200 hours of supervision that includes at least 100 hours of individual supervision; and(3) has completed a master's or doctoral degree with a graduate internship.
