SECTION/RULE §850.100 - Subject of an Advisory Opinion
Chapter Review Date 05/06/2021

On its own initiative or at the request of any interested person, the Appointed Board shall prepare a written advisory opinion about:(1) an interpretation of the Act; or(2) the application of the Act to a person in regard to a specified existing or hypothetical factual situation.
