SECTION/RULE §881.11 - Access to Agency Records by Appointed Members

(a) Each member of the Council is entitled to access all information and records written, produced, collected, assembled, or maintained by the Council or a member board, including confidential information. The access granted under this subsection is limited to official agency business only.(b) Each member of an underlying board is entitled to access all information and records written, produced, collected, assembled, or maintained by the member's respective board, including confidential information. The access granted under this subsection is limited to official agency business only.(c) A request for access to information or records by a Council or board member must be directed to the Executive Director. If the request for access relates to the Executive Director, the request may be directed to the presiding officer for the Council and the General Counsel.(d) Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Council or board member may not access any confidential, non-public, or proprietary examination materials if the member intends to apply for or is a current applicant for licensure with this agency.
