SECTION/RULE §882.8 - Rescheduling of Examination Due to Religious Holy Day

(a) Applicants wishing to observe a religious holy day on which their religious beliefs prevent them from taking an examination scheduled by the Council on that religious holy day will be allowed to take the examination on an alternate date.(b) Applicants wishing to take an examination, scheduled on a religious holy day, on an alternate date must submit a written request to take the examination on an alternate date and state the religious holy day they wish to observe. Applicants must submit their written request prior to being scheduled for an examination.(c) The Council may extend any time periods for completing an examination, as needed when scheduling an alternate examination date.
