(a) Each member board shall be responsible for the content and design of its licenses, subject to the approval of the Council. A license issued by the Council shall prominently reflect the member board for the profession and reference the board being a member of the Council.(b) A license shall include the full legal name of the license holder at the time of licensure and the unique license number assigned to the license.
