(a) Stakeholder meetings are convened by board staff to conduct research and collect information related to topics and issues of interest related to the board, the practice of dentistry, the Dental Practice Act and board rules, and agency administration.(b) The purpose of stakeholder meetings is to provide the public an opportunity to contribute to the rule research and drafting process prior to official action by the board.(c) Staff shall prepare a report of each stakeholder meeting for presentation to the board at the next scheduled board meeting and publication on the agency's website.(d) All meetings shall be open to the public and noticed on the Secretary of State's website to allow the public an opportunity to participate.
