(a) The Investigations Division, under supervision of the Director of Investigations, processes and investigates complaints received by or initiated by the agency. All investigations shall comply with §255 of the Act.(b) The Dental Practice Division, under supervision of the Dental Director, assists in the preliminary investigation of complaints related to professional competency and coordinates the official investigation of complaints related to professional competency, including the use of the Dental Review Panel in the official investigation.
