SECTION/RULE §131.101 - Subject of an Advisory Opinion
Chapter Review Date 02/13/2025

On its own initiative or at the request of any interested person, the board shall prepare a written advisory opinion about:(1) an interpretation of the Engineering Act; or(2) the application of the Engineering Act to a person in regard to a specified existing or hypothetical factual situation.
