(a) Images of applications that have been through the complete administrative process for approval or denial shall be stored digitally and/or microfilmed.(b) One copy of the records shall be kept in the board office file and one copy shall be kept in the permanent State Archive file.(c) All documents incidental to the complete application may be retained at the discretion of the board.
