SECTION/RULE §155.3 - Certain Uses of Logo or Name Prohibited

A license holder, certificate holder, registrant or provider may not use all or part of the logo or name of the Board or another governmental agency in a manner that implies that the person:(1) is a governmental agency;(2) is endorsed by the Board or other agency other than as a license holder, certificate holder, registrant, or provider; or(3) holds a special status that the Board or other agency has not granted.
