SECTION/RULE §157.20 - Judicial Review

(a) A person who has exhausted all administrative remedies and who is aggrieved by a final decision in a contested case is entitled to judicial review.(b) The petition for judicial review must be filed in a district court of Travis County, Texas, as provided in Chapter 2001, Texas Government Code.(c) Pursuant to Texas Government Code, §2001.177, a party seeking judicial review of a final decision of the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board in a contested case shall pay all costs of preparing the original or certified copy of a record of the contested case proceedings.
