SECTION/RULE §157.26 - Unlicensed Activity

If the Board receives information indicating that a person has violated Chapter 1103 or 1104, Texas Occupations Code, or Board rules, the Board shall conduct an investigation to determine if such information is accurate. If the investigation produces evidence to indicate a probable violation of Chapter 1103 or Chapter 1104, Texas Occupations Code, or Board rules, the Board may, after notice and an opportunity for a hearing:(1) impose an administrative penalty;(2) issue an order to cease and desist; or(3) take such other action as may be necessary and proper.
