SECTION/RULE §159.102 - Eligibility for Registration; Ownership

(a) If an owner of the applicant has had a license to act as an appraiser denied, revoked, or surrendered, the Board may require the applicant to provide information concerning whether the owner's license was denied, revoked, or surrendered for a nonsubstantive reason as determined by the Board.(b) For purposes of this Chapter, a nonsubstantive reason may include, but is not limited to:(1) mistake; or(2) failure to comply with technical requirements for renewal.
