SECTION/RULE §161.20 - Alternative License Procedures for Military Service Members, Military Veterans, and Military Spouses

In accordance with Chapter 55 of the Texas Occupations Code, military service members, veterans, and spouses must:(1) meet the general requirements for licensure as set forth in §161.6 of this chapter; and(2) submit a completed application on the board-approved form and all additional documentation as required, with the exception of application fee.
