(a) In accordance with §1467.003 of the Texas Insurance Code, complaints of bad faith participation shall be investigated in the same manner as all other complaints.(b) In accordance with §1467.151 of the Texas Insurance Code, the following applies to consumer complaints other than bad faith participation:(1) priority is given to investigations alleging delayed health care or medical care;(2) investigations are conducted in the same manner as all other complaints; and(3) the matter may be resolved in accordance with all applicable Board statutes and rules.
