SECTION/RULE §183.3 - Meetings

(a) The board may meet up to four times a year, with a minimum of two times a year, to carry out the mandates of the Act.(b) Board and Committee meetings shall be conducted in compliance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, and, to the extent possible, pursuant to the provisions of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised.(c) Special meetings may be called by the presiding officer of the board or by resolution of the board.(d) The board may act only by majority vote of its members present and voting. Proxy votes are not allowed.
