SECTION/RULE §183.17 - Inactive License

(a) In accordance with §204.157 of the Act, a license may be placed on inactive status.(b) Inactive status cannot exceed three years, after which the license will be automatically canceled.(c) To reactivate within three years, an applicant must meet all the requirements of §204.157(c) of the Act and §183.10 and §183.11 of this subtitle.(d) After a license has been cancelled, an applicant must meet all requirements under §183.14 of this subchapter (relating to Procedural Rules for Licensure Applicants) to obtain relicensure.
