SECTION/RULE §184.19 - Inactive License

(a) A license may be placed on inactive status.(b) Inactive status cannot exceed three years, after which the license will be automatically canceled.(c) To reactivate within three years, an applicant must meet all the requirements of §184.10 and §184.11 of this chapter (relating to General Requirements for Licensure).(d) After a license has been cancelled, an applicant must meet all requirements under §184.15 of this chapter (relating to Relicensure) to obtain relicensure.
