In addition to the requirements in §603.259 of the Act, the supervising licensee must:(1) have an unrestricted license in Texas;(2) have no pending investigation;(3) not be a relative or family member;(4) have never had a licensed revoked, suspended, restricted or cancelled for cause; and(5) meet any other eligibility criteria established by the board.
