(a) The Texas Department of Health adopts by reference a memorandum of understanding entered into between the department, the Texas Department of Human Services, the Texas Rehabilitation Commission, and the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation concerning the exchange and distribution of public awareness information.(b) Copies of the memorandum of understanding are filed in the Public Health Promotion Division, Texas Department of Health, 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756, and may be reviewed during regular business hours.
