SECTION/RULE §1.224 - Donations by a Private Donor to a Private Organization Which Exists To Further the Purposes and Duties of the Texas Department of Health

(a) A private donor may make donations to a private organization which exists to further the purposes and duties of the department.(b) The private organization shall administer and use the donation in accordance with the provisions in the memorandum of understanding between the private organization and the department, as described in §1.226(c) of this title (relating to the Relationship between a Private Organization and the Texas Department of Health).
