SECTION/RULE §200.5 - Data to Report

Data required to be submitted in §200.4 of this title (relating to Which Events to Report) shall be reported using the training, enrollment, case definitions and protocols required by the department in coordination with NHSN. Specific modules and variables will be identified for facilities prior to the enrollment deadline through training, departmental website (HAITexas.org and PAETexas.org), and notification of the facility contact. Content or data element changes will be communicated in the same manner 90 calendar days in advance of the change.
