SECTION/RULE §217.65 - Responsibilities of the Bulk Milk Hauler/Sampler

Duties and responsibilities of the Bulk Milk Hauler/Sampler shall be in compliance with §217.2 of this title (relating to Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance). In addition the Bulk Milk Hauler/Sampler shall:(1) agitate the farm bulk milk tank for a minimum of ten minutes. Larger tanks may require more time; and(2) deliver producer samples to designated place and personnel as approved by the department.
