The department adopts by reference the document entitled, Evaluation of Milk Laboratories, as amended, published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and the National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments. The document provides the procedures for the evaluation of milk laboratories.
