SECTION/RULE §229.184 - Refusal, Revocation, or Suspension of Licensure/Registration

(a) Basis. The department may, after providing an opportunity for a hearing, refuse an application for a license/registration from a food manufacturer, food wholesaler, or warehouse operator, or may revoke or suspend a license/registration for violations of the requirements in §229.182 of this title (relating to Licensing/Registration Fee and Procedures), and §229.183 of this title (relating to Minimum Standards for Licensure/Registration), or for interference with the department in the performance of its duty under these rules.(b) Hearings. Any hearings for the refusal, revocation, or suspension of a license/registration are governed by §§1.21, 1.23, 1.25, and 1.27 of this title (relating to Formal Hearing Procedures).
