(a) Applicability of 21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117 Subparts C and G. 21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117 Subparts C and G do not apply to a facility solely engaged in the storage of unexposed packaged food.(b) Applicability of 21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117 Subpart D. A facility solely engaged in the storage of unexposed packaged food, including unexposed packaged time/temperature controlled for safety (TCS) food is subject to the modified requirements in 21 Code of Federal Regulations §117.206 for any unexposed packaged TCS food.
