SECTION/RULE §230.19 - Inspection

(a) The department may inspect a business establishment under this subchapter in order to implement and enforce this chapter.(b) The department shall collect fees for an inspection conducted to enforce Health and Safety Code, Chapter 486 and this subchapter.(c) A nonrefundable fee of $400.00 for inspections of pharmacies and non-pharmacy retailers conducted by the department will be required.
