(a) DSHS or the local regulatory authority has the right to enter at all reasonable times any area or environment, including a building, storage, equipment room, bathhouse, or office to inspect and investigate for compliance with this subchapter, to review records, to question any person, or to locate, identify, and assess the condition of the pool or spa.(b) Advance notice or permission for entry is not required.(c) DSHS or the local regulatory authority must not be impeded or refused entry during its official duties by reason of any company policy.(d) It is a violation of this subchapter for a person to interfere with, deny, or delay an inspection or investigation conducted by DSHS or a local regulatory authority.
